AFRICAN CLEANUP INITIATIVES WORLD CLEANUP DAY 2020: EVENT SUMMARY

This years world Cleanup day event was sure to be a unique celebration as it came in the midst of a global pandemic which threatened nations economically and directly affecting environmental growth projects.

Thursday, the 2nd of July 2020 is a day the people of Ijora Oloye community Lagos State will not forget in a hurry as African Clean Up Initiative together with other partners (the Quivers Foundation, Wevo, Wecyclers, Inspired Next Initiative, Recycler Association of Nigeria, and Yagazie Foundation) with about 30 volunteers, went into Ijora Oloye community for the first Recyclespay Covid-19 Support and #MaskUpSlum Project which is proudly sponsored by Coca-Cola Foundation.
